Payment Policy

We start processing of retail orders only on realizing the full payment.

For wholesale orders the customer pays 50% advance as confirmation of the order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment, we shall send you a mail. The customer should clear the rest 50%. Then, we shall ship the goods on the same day.

We accept payment such as, major credit cards via Paypal, International Bank Drafts and T.T. ( wire transfer ). Kindly make all you payments payable to Vivicgems, Inc.

How Does PayPal Work? After you have checked out your items and signed up for a PayPal account, you will be taken to a transaction page. Here you will be able to review the details of your order, including the total purchase amount. You may pay for your purchase securely and instantly using funds from your PayPal account or you can send payment to PayPal via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), debit card, eCheck or bank transfer. Once payment is approved, PayPal will immediately notify us by email. Once your order is processed, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is done via EMS (Express Mail Service). The prices of our custom service such as cutting service and wholesale orders (excludes stock goods) on the website are FOB Bangkok. All other charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer.

For wholesale orders and cutting services, our shipping charge schedule is as follows :

We normally ship retail orders (stock goods) on the same working day. In case, we are short of stock, we shall intimate you by email the delivery date.

Service Policy

For gems cutting service, Vivicgems will make every effort to assure the best quality stone will be cut from the customer's materials. However, assumes no liability for finished yield or natural problems such as color changes, heat sensitivity, cracking, etc. Liability is only assumed in case of theft or damage due to dropping, etc. In no case shall liability exceed the cost of replacing the stone(s) with like or similar material.

Once we receive the rough or information regarding the rough from customer, we will estimate the cost of cutting service base on 1) cutting style, 2) quantity and 3) lead time. The standard lead time is 2-4 weeks from the day of receiving the rough.

When job is done, we will formerly send our customers an invoice indicating the finished goods weight (ctw). We expect the payment in full prior sending out the good. Uncut rough (poor quality that is not suitable for faceting) will return to customer along with finished goods.

Return Policy

The goods one sold will have 7 inspection days for return in full refund (less shipping). The inspection day begins from the time the product is received by customer. After 7 days, product will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent is the item other than the ordered Item. Either replacement or a full refund will be given for this mistake.
Goods will be replaced or repaired if any manufacturing defects are found.

Our rules are like followings:
1. The returning goods should be in the same condition as sent (not broken, and no nick or chips);
2. You only pay the return express charges;
3. This policy is only for stock goods (does not apply to cutting service or custom products);
4.  Goods can not be returned after 15 days counted from the date that clients receive products.

We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and secure. The purchase area of our site is secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption. With regard to overall security, we always use industry state of the art encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchange within our site. The facilities that house our server are physically secured to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.
